BEAVERTON, Ore., April 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cascade Microtech, Inc. today announced that Peregrine Semiconductor Corporation has placed a multi-million dollar order for Cascade Microtech's Pyramid Probe(R) cards for its advanced RF CMOS integrated circuit production.
