Apr. 25--The PGA's calendar is full, but state is on the list, says Tour commissioner. STILLWATER -- Oklahoma has shown it can support big-time professional golf on a not-so-regular basis. Whether the state can ever get the opportunity to host a regular PGA Tour event is uncertain. Southern Hills Country Club will host its fourth PGA Championship this August. The south Tulsa club has also hosted three U.S. Opens and a pair of Tour Championships. Oak Tree Golf Club in Edmond hosted the 1988 PGA Championship and last year hosted the Senior PGA Championship.
