Apr. 25--Susan Parker now has a different view from her new seat at Rochester Public Utilities board meetings.
For more than three years, she's been looking out at RPU's staff from the rectangular board table. On Tuesday, she was out on the rim of the board room with other managers, watching four board members deliberate about RPU issues without her.
Parker, an RPU board member since December 2003, recently was hired as director of corporate services, which is one of RPU's top management positions. She will succeed Curt F. Kraft, who retires at the end of this month after 34 years with RPU. Kraft was honored at an RPU board ...
