NEW YORK -- Delta Air Lines' Technical Operations division (TechOps) has announced a major strategic partnership agreement with Sequa's Chromalloy Gas Turbine unit. The announcement was made during an April 19th press conference held by Delta at the MRO North America 2007 Conference and Exhibition in Atlanta, Georgia.
The proposed five year agreement involves provision of engine components and services in support of the CF6-80A and CF6-80C2 engine models powering Delta's extensive Boeing 767 widebody fleet, and includes support of Delta's third-party contract engine customers.
