Apr. 29--Amid the smell of barbecued beef, live music in the background and the sun offering some of the warmest weather all year, families like the Morrises took time out to celebrate Saturday at the Family FunPlex in Greeley.
They sat plotted on the grass in a shady area near center stage, to enjoyed the music as they played with their three children.
"I think when the snow cones run out and the music stops we'll be leaving," said Christy Morris of Greeley holding her 17-month-old daughter Alia. "We came out here to enjoy the weather and play with the kids."
