SAN DIEGO -- On Monday, April 23, 2007 Summit Environmental Corporation, Inc. ("Summit") was informed by the National Association of Securities Dealers ("NASD") that Summit had failed to satisfy a rule of NASD for continued listing on the OTC Bulletin Board.
Summit acknowledged that its annual form 10KSB report had to be filed by April 16, 2007, noting that its outside auditors were unable to deliver the company's audit report as promised by April 16, but the report is expected within days.
As a result of this failure to meet the deadline, commencing Tuesday, May 1, 2007, Summit's common stock will not be quoted or traded ...
