WASHINGTON -- At a luncheon last week with Members of Congress and other dignitaries, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) honored the six 2007 Goldman Environmental Prize recipients on Capitol Hill.
