Karachi, April 29 (PPI) (PPI): Almost all areas of Karachi, from rich posh localities to poor Goths and Katchi Abadis, have one striking similarity: their residents freely throw their litter and garbage on streets and roads. Despite spending billions of rupees on sanitary workers and vehicles, purchase of modern machinery besides privatization of garbage disposal system this biggest city of Pakistan has yet to get a look of a cleaner and civic city.
