May 2--The Quay County Commission will be seeking the advice of the New Mexico attorney general about the legal action needed to vacate roads and parts of townships that were incorporated in the early 1900s.

"Something (the roads) was given to the public and somebody has to say the public doesn't want it any more," said Albert J. Mitchell, Jr. at Monday's Quay County Commission meeting.
