May 2--WILKES-BARRE -- Judicial candidate Tom Marsilio continues to bash his opponent for a seat on the Luzerne County bench, accusing District Attorney David Lupas of using "dishonest" campaigning.
Lupas, the only other candidate in the race, responded to the charges Tuesday, calling them "baseless and without foundation."
In a press release, attorney Marsilio's campaign manager, Gerry Deady, said Lupas is not being truthful about his record in campaign ads.
"None of these claims are true," Deady said in a prepared statement. "Mr. Lupas is not being truthful about his record."
