May 2--MILFORD -- Business owners here are mostly unfazed at the prospect of having a property revaluation phased in over five years, but other state and local regulations bother them more.
"You want to keep as close as possible -- when practical -- to the schedule for implementing revaluations," said Peter Goia, an economist for the Connecticut Business and Industry Association. "But the key thing is not to go on for years and leave commercial and industrial properties hanging."
