May 2--Janesville Parker put the finishing touches on a perfect Big Eight Conference boys track and field dual meet season, sweeping past Madison Memorial and Middleton on Tuesday at Monterey Stadium.
Parker High defeated Memorial, 85-56, and Middleton, 1171/2-23 1/2, to notch an 8-0 Big Eight dual meet season.
"It never gets old," Parker coach Joe Dye said of winning regular-season Big Eight track titles. "We are a better dual meet team than a conference or big-meet team. It's a real credit to our kids to win in this league."
