Premier Division second XI champions St Fagans looked set for victory when they needed just six runs to win at Chepstow with four wickets in hand - but they didn't get them.
Chepstow could only manage 152-8 with the returning Malik Madrosingh getting 41 and 14-year-old Elliott Evans making 28. Ed Jones took 3-17 for St Fagans and Imran Ali 2-21.
