A BUILDING firm helping to shape a new multi-billion-pound regeneration project in Solihull is celebrating after scooping an award.
Bellway Homes has clinched a gong at the Celebrating Construction Awards after creating 48 new homes in Alcott Grove, Chelmsley Wood, as part of a pounds 1.8 billion scheme aimed at boosting the area.
The company forms part of the North Solihull Partnership, which is spearheading the project.
It will see more than 8,000 new homes being built and a further 12,500 improved, as well as the construction of ten new primary schools and five new village centres over the next 15 years in ...
