CORRECTION PUBLISHED 05/02/07: This article incorrectly described the problem highlighted in a film made by the Neistat brothers based on one brother's experience trying to get his Ipod repaired. At the time the film was made, Apple did not offer battery replacement services for out-of-warranty iPods. It has since started offering the service.
