DuPont opened a technical center near Moscow to support Russian manufacturers who use the company's titanium dioxide (Ti[O.sub.2]) products in the country's rapidly expanding coatings, plastics and paper industries.
"Russia is one of the fastest growing markets for Ti[O.sub.2] in the world because of the rapid expansion of industries producing consumer goods," said Rick Olson, vice president and general manager, DuPont Titanium Technologies.
