Durrat Al Bahrain, the Kingdom's largest planned luxury residential, commercial and resort development, today announced further significant progress with the award of a new construction contract for the second phase of villa construction at the development.Local contractor CHAPO has been awarded a BD15.7 million contract to construct 171 villas on two of the development's islands. Villas are currently being constructed across four of Durrat Al Bahrain's planned 11 islands.
