STAMFORD, Conn., May 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Beginning May 14, the United States Postal Service will require an additional two-cents to mail a First-Class Mail, one-ounce letter. Many other postal rates are also rising -- from parcels to postcards to priority mail. For businesses -- especially small businesses -- the increase can be costly, both in time and money.
