Alibaba Group remains silent about IPO
Shanghai. May 8. INTERFAX-CHINA - China's electronic commerce giant Alibaba Group has entered into a waiting period for its upcoming IPO, a source close to the situation told Interfax yesterday.
"Alibaba Group has entered into the waiting period in which it is remaining silent about the IPO so as to not positively or negatively influence the value of the stock," the source said.
However, another source told Interfax that Alibaba's IPO price was decided in early April.
