NEW YORK -- Univision Communications Inc., the leading Spanish-language media company in the U.S., today announced that its did not obtain the requisite consents for its previously announced consent solicitation relating to the 3.500 Senior Notes due 2007, 3.875 Senior Notes due 2008 and 7.85 Senior Notes due 2011, and that, accordingly, at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on May 8, 2007, the consent solicitation expired in accordance with its terms.
