VisitScotland is overhauling its direct marketing strategy to implement a new approach to its business.
The tourist board has appointed Scottish agency The Union to handle its direct marketing account for a three-year contractual period. The agency pitched against incumbent WWAV Rapp Collins Edinburgh, plus Navigator and Leith Direct.
