COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., May 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Century Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq: CNTY; Vienna Stock Exchange) reported record net operating revenues of $21,144,000 for the quarter ended March 31, 2007, compared to revenues of $9,474,000 for the quarter ended March 31, 2006.
