MCLEAN, Va. -- BearingPoint, Inc. (NYSE:BE), one of the world's largest management and technology consulting firms, has been awarded a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to provide advisory and assistance services for the United States Air Force Smart Operations for the 21st Century program (AFSO21), including the use of Lean and Six Sigma tools. The Lean Six Sigma BPA spans five years with an award ceiling of $99 million.
