China National Medicines to transfer all shares in Beijing Sinopharm Chain Pharmacy
Shanghai. May 10. INTERFAX-CHINA - China National Medicines Corporation Ltd. announced today it will transfer its entire 74 percent stake in Beijing Sinopharm Chain Pharmacy Co. Ltd. to Sinopharm Pharmacy Co. Ltd.
Beijing Sinopharm Chain Pharmacy, has registered capital of RMB 10 million ($1.30 million) and is a joint venture between China National Medicines (74 percent) and the China National Medicines Beijing Purchase and Supply Station (26 percent).
China National Medicines and Sinopharm Pharmacy are both subsidiaries of Sinopharm Medicine Holding Co. Ltd.
