May 10--JAMES CITY -- Tomorrow is the first day you can buy an unusually shaped stamp to commemorate the 400th anniversary of Jamestown. And even though the 2-cent postal increase doesn't take effect until Monday, Jamestown stamps will be on sale Friday for the new price of 41 cents each.
Whether you purchase a sheet of stamps at Jamestown Anniversary Weekend or at your local post office, know that scores of local people were part of the project.
