May 10--A Milpitas man was killed and a second one was injured when their car rammed into another vehicle in a north San Jose intersection late Wednesday night, police said today.
David Eric Lawler, 28, was driving his 2000 black Honda Civic east on Lundy Avenue around 11 p.m., Sgt. Nick Muyo sad.
As the Civic crossed Trade Zone Boulevard, it rammed into a 2000 black Mercedes going east on Trade Zone, Muyo said.
It then hit a tree just north of the intersection, Muyo said.
