("the Company") (BULLETIN BOARD: GVRS) President, Marcus Johnson reports the Company has entered a Letter Of Intent with Allied Minerals of Lagos, Nigeria, to acquire a majority interest in two large mineral exploration properties owned by Allied Minerals in the Wase local Government Area of Plateau State.
Under the terms of the agreement, Geneva Resources Inc. will acquire an initial 65 interest in two large leases identified as Lease 1511 and Lease 1513 in Gimbi, Mavo and Jawando in the Wase Local Government Plato State. The leases cover approximately 653 square kilometers in the region ...
