SAN JOSE, Calif. -- SJW Corp. (NYSE:SJW) announces the appointment of Charles (Chuck) J. Toeniskoetter as Chairman of the Board of Directors of SJW Corp. and its subsidiaries on April 26, 2007 replacing Drew Gibson, who retired from the Board.
