SHELBURNE, NOVA SCOTIA, May 10, 2007 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) -- Black Bull Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BBS) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement ("Agreement") with PowerOne Capital Markets Limited ("PowerOne"). PowerOne has agreed to offer on a best-efforts private placement basis up to 43,333,333 common shares ("Offered Shares") at a price of $0.15 per share ("Offering") resulting in gross proceeds of up to $6.5 million to Black Bull. The Offered Shares will be subject to a hold period of 4 months from the Closing.
