Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen and a state lawmaker being sued in an open records case handled by Van Hollen's Department of Justice met to discuss the case in March, according to the lawmaker.
Rep. Scott Gunderson, R-Waterford, said in an interview this week that he and Van Hollen, also a Republican, met March 1 to discuss the lawsuit Van Hollen inherited when he was elected to replace Peg Lautenschlager, a Democrat.
