The lady on the lake awakens, yawns, goes to the mirror and starts putting on her freshest face.
Guests are coming Memorial Day, and Lake Geneva is getting ready.
During the last decade or so, Lake Geneva has tried to change its image, adding Oktoberfest and Winterfest to draw post-summer visitors.
But for as long as anyone can remember, summer is when Lake Geneva shines. Even as the lake fills with boats, Lake Geneva's hotels fill with guests and her business district fills with shoppers.
