AUBURN - Andrew E. Goodwin isn't looking forward to the day he walks out of the Ethan Allen Home Interiors Store for the last time.
"I'll be leaving with a lot of photos, mementos and newspaper clippings, " he said Thursday morning as his brother, Frederick F. Goodwin, looked on. "I'll be crying. It's very sad."
The store at 619 Southbridge St. that was opened by the Goodwins' father, Sherwood "Shim" Goodwin, 37 years ago will close about July 1, said Andrew Goodwin, who has been running the daily operations at the establishment for the past 15 years, said.
