May 15--DODGE CENTER -- As a teenager, Mitch Klempf stashed motorcycle parts under his bed for his beloved Triumph motorcycle.
"It was always hard to get the parts," Klempf explained.
Nearly 40 years later, Klempf no longer resorts to hiding parts in his bedroom. Instead, the die-hard British motorcycle fan has amassed a collection of more than 18,000 types of parts stored in several buildings on his rural Dodge Center farm.
For the owner of Klempf's British Parts, the goal is simple: To make sure he has the most complete collection of parts for Triumph, BSA and Norton motorcycles.
