SEOUL, May 16 Asia Pulse - South Korea is considering establishing a railway steering committee with North Korea as a historic trial run of trains across the heavily fortified border approaches, Seoul's transportation minister said Wednesday.
"We plan to propose to North Korea the establishment of a joint railway operating committee to prepare for a full-scale, cross-border train service," Lee Yong-sup said in a lecture in Seoul.
