How about a follow-up to your column on ADD/ADHD -- one that deals with attention deficit disorder in staff. Some of the new information out on ADD in adults may have ramifications for working with staff as well as for directors. Learning about this new information opened my eyes to some of the coping mechanisms that might be helpful to others.
