Polish listed metal/chemicals group Boryszew mulls entry into real-estate sector
WARSAW. MAY 17. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Polish listed metal and chemicals group Boryszew, controlled by Polish entrepreneur Roman Karkosik, is considering entry into the real-estate sector through flagship companies - metals producer Impexmetal and steel and copper company Hutmen, the group announced at a Wednesday press conference.
"[Impexmetal] is currently assessing the possibility of building two apartment towers with a joint office-hotel space at their base," Boryszew wrote in press materials. "The joint area would be between 50,000-70,000 square meters."
