It's been a little more than a year since Duke Realty Corp. triggered the latest round of speculative office development in the Twin Cities suburbs by starting work on the 10-story Norman Pointe II in Bloomington.
While that project is scheduled to be finished later this year, Duke is moving ahead with another speculative office/industrial development, at Gateway North Industrial Park in Otsego, about 25 miles northwest of Minneapolis.
