May 17--Summer is the season to visit Parlor, a modestly ambitious addition to the restaurant-clogged Bucktown-Wicker Park border.
For most of the year, the dining room of this skinny neighborhood spot seats but 36, and can squeeze in another 14 at the bar (where smoking is permitted). When the weather is warm, however, the wood-lined outdoor deck accommodates another 30 or so, and the place gets a lot more lively and interesting.
