No change in management structure: Rahul Bajaj
Mumbai, May 17 (PTI) Bajaj Auto Chairman Rahul Bajaj today said there was no change in the management structure of the group following the demerger approved by the Board today.
"There is generally no change in the management structure," Chairman Rahul Bajaj told reporters here today.
Rajiv Bajaj would continue as Managing Director and CEO while his brother, Sanjiv would continue as Executive Director, he said.
In addition, Sanjiv would also be responsible for Bajaj Finserve, a new company formed out of the demerger today.
