Jason Stein has been appointed publisher of Automotive News Europe, a sibling publication to Automotive News.

Stein, 35, joined Automotive News Europe as a reporter in October 2005, covering General Motors, DaimlerChrysler, Volkswagen and Hyundai/Kia. As publisher, he oversees the editorial and business operations of the newspaper, which covers the European auto industry. The newspaper's headquarters are in Oberpfaffenhofen, Germany.
