'Coach K' remembered at service: The former Conrad Weiser baseball coach, who died of cancer in September, is praised for contributions to the school.(Obituary)

Byline: Ron Devlin

May 19--When the late Jeffrey P. Kaisoglus was undergoing treatment for cancer, his mind was on his students at Conrad Weiser High School.

"He'd ask me, 'How are my students doing?' " recalled Jim Nicholas, Kaisoglus' cousin and a substitute teacher at the school. "He never would mention his own troubles."

Kaisoglus, 49, lost his battle with cancer on Sept. 11, but left an indelible imprint on the school where he taught physical education for 17 years and served as a baseball coach in the early 1990s.

During a memorial service on Friday, fellow teachers and administrators recalled Kaisoglus' contribution to the school.
