May 20--With a major media blitz all over the region, the state's flagship university is pushing hard to entice students into its South Florida MBA program.
"UF MBA. Bringing our campus to South Florida" has blanketed billboards, Web sites, mailings and newspaper ads in recent weeks.
The chance to earn a master's of business administration degree from nationally ranked University of Florida, while close to home, excites some local residents. But the program, and its intense marketing push, has another state university crying foul.
