May 21--Salisbury Township Police Chief Allen Stiles is advising the public to avoid a busy stretch of Cedar Crest Boulevard during the road construction project that is about to begin around Lehigh Valley Hospital in the township.
"I would suggest most people avoid the area as much as possible during the major part of construction, to make sure people who need to get to the hospital can get there," Stiles said.
The chief said several accidents occur every month on that stretch of Cedar Crest. He fears there will be more during the construction. He said more congestion caused by construction will mean more danger. "Our main ...
