TAMPA, Fla. -- NetWolves Corporation (Pink Sheets:WOLV), a global telecommunications and internet managed services provider, announced that NetWolves Corporation and certain subsidiaries had today filed voluntarily petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.
