SEOUL, May 21 (Yonhap) -- With its push for an alliance of liberal parties against the popular conservative party stagnating before South Korea's presidential election in December, a fresh gust of wind blew for the pro-government Uri Party on Monday after President Roh Moo-hyun and his predecessor Kim Dae-jung made encouraging remarks.
