SYDNEY, May 21 Asia Pulse - A subsidiary of construction and mining giant Leighton Holdings Ltd (ASX:LEI) has signed up to a .5 billion ($A3.04 billion) joint venture with a major India developer.
As part of the deal, design and construction work will be carried out by Leighton Asia (Southern) Ltd with developer Emaar MGF Land Pvt Ltd over five years.
The project is a 50-50 joint venture and will be known as Leighton Construction India Pvt Ltd.
