The price of uranium has moved from US$20.00 per pound in 2005 to the current price of over US$110.00 per pound. The improvement in price has been dramatic and we believe that price improvement will continue towards a peak price of around US$150 per pound. While US$150 may well be the peak price, we expect an average price of US$130 will be sustained over at least a 3-year period, from approximately 2008 to 2011.
