DAIL hopeful Lucinda Creighton is the best looking woman on the campaign trail, according to 2FM listeners.

The blonde Fine Gael councillor topped a public vote in which participants cast their first preferences based purely on looks.

Last week, she was the third most viewed candidate on a political website -- just behind Bertie Ahern and Enda Kenny.

Creighton beat off stiff competition in the form of PD deputy Liz O'Donnell and her glamorous fellow FG member Anne Marie Martin.

Much has been written about the good looks of Ms Martin, who has been described as the party's poster girl by bookmaker Paddy ...
