/ADVANCE/NEW YORK, Jan. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Thirteen of the nation's leading cancer centers today announced the creation of a national alliance that will develop and institute standards of care for the treatment of cancer and perform outcomes research. The National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), as the alliance is called, has as its goal ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services to cancer patients across the country.
