JAKARTA, May 22 Asia Pulse - Listed company PT Panin Insurance (JSX:PNIN), which holds 34.86 per cent of other insurance firm PT Asuransi Multi Artha Guna (AMAG), has already sold 2.74 million shares of AMAG at a price between Rp142 and Rp160 per share, a spokesperson has said.
The transaction which was carried out on May 10, 2007, was aimed at increasing capital to boost company's business, Panin Insurance director Suwirjo Josowidjojo told the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) here Tuesday.
